Is there such a thing as a Best in Class Process? Not really! The best process is one that is Reinforced by Management, has the systems and support to implement the process and is implementable within your corporate culture. Below is a sample process:
- ARMS is set up with Agency Contracted roles/rates/personnel
- Agency and client discuss next year plans.
- Agency enters Annual SOW into ARMS tactic-by-tactic
- Agency Submits Annual SOW via ARMS (no excel files)
- Client/Agency negotiate using Benchmark Application
- Agency modifies Annual SOW in ARMS – resubmits
- Client Approves in ARMS (sets up PO or agreed upon annual Budget) – Initial Budget Locked
Work Begins
- Agency submits Individual Tactical estimate
- If same as on Annual SOW – Client approves, if different – negotiate using Benchmark Application
- Agency provides actual monthly hours/OOPs from their cost accounting system to Wanamaker
- Wanamaker imports data into ARMS
- Client and Agency run reports/discuss and manage the Scope of Work
