This video will show you how to review roles/rate/employees plus steps to add additional new agency personnel into the system. Are all your personnel assigned to the correct role? If not, contact your ARMS administrator. ARMS will multiply the hours x the hourly rate. So if an employee is in the wrong role, the estimate will not be accurate. [VIDEO]
- To add a new staff member, select a role from the drop down box, enter the name and Employee ID/Code, then click the Add button.
- If you do not see a the correct role, then there is no contracted rate for that role with your client.
- To copy this list into Excel, highlight the area, then Copy – Paste into Excel.
